The Captain is coming ashore. With a bold, adventurous wardrobe: Yacht Club red is the leitmotiv of this collection, centred on "solid", authentic items ideal for setting sail on a long, carefree summer at sea.
The rigorous whites and blues typical of Marina Yachting are now lit up with flashes of Yacht Club red. The Pickot, emblem of the brand, comes in two new versions: on one hand the MontPickot, playing on the colours of ropes, from ecru to cream and khaki, with rope and wood frogs; and on the other, RedClub, summer jacket par excellence, in the colour of the world’s most prestigious Yacht Club banners.
Colour is password here: contrasting colours, a cocktail of "nautical hues" ranging from the yellows and oranges of summer fruit, from cyan to coral red. Alongside the evergreen Sailor, a new 4-colour version. The technical regatta-style waterproof jacket has a rain-proof collar fastening, a wind-stop collar and waxed details in contrasting tones.
The Naval Academy, that timeless educational institution, also inspires a classic style that’s evolved without ever losing its bearings. Putty grey brings together a range of maritime light blues framed by white and blue. Embroidery and sartorial details run throughout the collection: striking undercollars, "college chic" prints and jacquards, fitted bomber jackets with mélange jersey linings, slim trousers with the "secret" of the Marina Yachting wording on the loop, the MY monogram barely perceptible on the fresh fabrics.
A symphony of stripes and colours on "fast dry" brushed cottons: red, green, cyan, yellow, light blue, orange. A faded fluo summer, with a "surfing" influence in the large swimming costumes, classic boxer shorts, "flower power" prints. Lightness and functionality holiday-style.
We wore sailor suits…… Retro allure with a very new feel. Timeless elegance to wear in a summer of revivals that’s never nostalgic, and always rich in style. The Marina Yachting woman dresses for the sea but not only by the sea.
White and blue, with digressions into beige and shades of rope, sand and wood. Grosgrain tape lies concealed but always ready to surprise, gilded metal details, stripes on hems and necks. A new austerity that nods to indulgence with extreme savoir faire.
A rope coloured base is accompanied by ocean blue, coral, khaki and white. Home ground here is sport, with the comfort of jersey jump suits and piquet polo shorts, in a "leisure" wardrobe characterized by the embroidered logo. Puckerings and leather finishes on the jackets to ensure a metropolitan twist to the look.
A "capsule collection" to re-assert the brand’s strong identity: a handful of striking pieces. White and blue, with Yacht Club red alongside. Micro-volumes dedicated to women more openly attracted by the world of fashion: the fitted white denim jacket with three-quarter sleeves and gilt buttons, linings graced by the exclusive tiny anchor pattern, and the "marine rock" jackets that pay tribute to antique uniforms but have an extremely modern flavour.
Dynamic and gutsy, with a sport attitude and urban versatility. White, red and blue, from the super-stretch denims through to the “pima” cotton gabardine prized for its long, smooth, fine and particularly lustrous fibres. Ribbons like rosettes, a sleight of hand to personalize forms.
The sea has all the nuances of blue, as well as lemon yellow, the true colour against the heat. Macro dots and elaborate stripes, imperceptible weights and floral sangallo lace prints. Beach robes and sundresses, voile smocks and balloon shirts, muslins and linens cool as a breeze and rendered unique by hand embroidery and hardstone.
It's called Hydra like the broadest constellation of the Southern hemisphere: this is footwear that, in line with the origin of Marina Yachting, sets the pace of a new era.
Hydra comes from the synergy of advanced technologies, precious materials and an extreme search for structural and stylistic simplicity.
Hydra turns the concept of shoe upside down pivoting around Footbed. A footbed made of state-of-the-art water-proof materials, designed and patented accordingly, that let the feet transpire through a bespoke micro-piercing.
Hydra is the first footwear with technical servicing: Footbeds, each marked by an identification number, extractable and washable, may be replaced by the company.
